Description
Just playing with J Trout's extraordinary reconstructions of some of the first animals to evolve. Of course torchs did not exist in the Cambrian, so it must be a passing time traveller taking a peak. Both creatures were early forms of predator.

The upper animal I know, it is the ancestor of today's cellar-isopod ... LOL Great scene!

Very cool. Who is J Trout. I've been wondering about finding a model of the shell crushing fellow with the crazy eyes. Nice work.

I have to add, I just read up on the anomalocaris again and it turns out that recent studies show it did not have the power to crush open trilobites or anything of the kind. As of now, scientists have no idea what it ate. I did find an .obj at Turbo Squid of the bugger.

'Crusher' or not....I wouldn't fancy running in to either on a dark night....cool image, and quite like the idea of a 'passing time traveller'....
