Very sad, but unfortunatly it goes on at all economic levels..its a problem of our sick society, and you have done well with this image..it strikes pity in our hearts for those who are downtrodden..not only the abused, but all sentient beings..

Anyman that hits a woman, unless it is in defence of his life(see fatal attraction the movie), should be drug out into the street, beaten by several big guys, and left for dead. Once a beater, always a beater. He'll never change. Therapy might help, but sooner or later it'll start all over again. I'm a man and I would never hit a woman unless she was coming after me with a knife or gun. If its a gun, I'm running, simple as that :) Great render with a good heartfelt message. People need to stop poopooing this kinda thing, and actually step in, and get involved. Blade

As a retired police officer saw way too much of this horror. The system still does not deal with this outrage effectively. Things being the way they are, I agree with BladeWolf's sense of justice. Please keep up the excellent work.

The poem and your art work are great. Showing a very real problem. Very hard for woman to take that first step and get help. Then you have the OJ's who make it even worse for the woman to want to try and get out.
