Description

Though it has been pretty wet and windy over the past few weeks here in Belgium, we had some sun at Christmas Day, so I went out to take some pictures of the colours in our backyard. The church you see here in the background, was burned down in Oktober 1914 to prevent the German forces to use it as a target for their artillery. It was rebuild in 1922. My ancestors have lived around this church since the late 19th century, so this is truly where my roots are... Happy Holidays to all of you ! Peter
