aside rice, pancit is among the most popular foods in the Philippines . the one I prefer is Pancit Mike the thick noodle made from wheat which turns to sugar unfortunately. where I stayed in the Batangas province I could walk a couple of blocks and buy Pancit Mike from a place called Gloria's Pancit. then, it would be lunch
