Not for me it looks horrible,

It certainly doesn't sound very appetizing. I probably would give this one a pass.

Richard, I've never had this Asian dish before but it reminds me of an old Mexican dish I had in Guadalajara some time back.

I think I'll pass on this one as well - though if they have pork adobo, watch out!!

I pass, too. In Sweden there is something called blood pudding, also blood sausage, and blood soup, which contains bits of meat. These dishes emanate from Viking times. In winter, it was essential that as much of a slaughtered animal be consumed. Either the food froze, or went bad in a short time. Even tendons, fat and connective tissue, not to mention various organs, were cooked and eaten. Where does sausage actually come from? Flushed out intestines stuffed with meat and other odds and ends from the slaughter, all mixed with different herbs and spices (why? To give it a different taste!). Parts of these culinary traditions can also be found in other Viking influenced cultures. :-)

Thank to God - I'm a vegetarian. And I think that consume food in highly organized living beings is immoral. Who does not eat your dog or cat, but what's wrong here? Why a cow or a pig? Forgive me if I spoke sharply. But it is my right.

This really is a Polish dish blood soup or Chi-neena, and it's really made with duck and duck's blood. When I was growing up back in the day I ate it all the time. Believe it or not it's great if it's made right. My mom made it all the time. Looks good to me. Stan

I'll take some salad and rolls, thanks!
