Thanks, but hey, it's not titled 'Cold' for nothing : ) I have a new render cooking right now with added (bare) footprints. Flink's tiled UVs of these winter terrain sections are not suitable for an easy overlay, so I had to re-UV it in 3dCoat. Then I made a new bump map with the footprints and one with the (12x12 tiled) snow texture so I could mix them in Octane Render. I think it's going to look reasonably well, but of course a true sculpted track would look better.
