In Cary, North Carolina. I believe it to be a jet-trail twisted by wind.

Most beautiful and a little scary. I first thought it was the start of a twister but I guess there is not enough clouds around!

Thanks! It does have the appearance of a twister, but had I zoomed out, you would have seen that it was at a high altitude. It was very still as well.
