The surface is amazing (looks like real grass) but the terrain could be more interesting : )

Awesome picture - please post a 1024x768 render when you're happy! Try this for clouds: Cloud Shading (render window) to far left. 3D clouds on, thickness 24-48. Clouds cast shadows on. If you get jaggy edges you don't like, post process with Paint Shop Pro (or whatever) and use a soften brush on the jaggy parts.
