Ich starte ins Jahr 2015 mit drei Bildern, zu denen mich die Fantasy-Comic-Serie "Thorgal" inspiriert hat. Die Hauptfigur Thorgal wächst im siebten Jahrhundert, nachdem er in einer Raumkapsel gefunden wird, als Waisenkind bei einem Wikingerstamm auf. Er ist gezwungen, sich mit machtgierigen Herrschern, bornierten Göttern, Fabelwesen, Naturgewalten und Fanatikern auseinanderzusetzen, um seine Existenz zu verteidigen. Dabei spielen oft übernatürliche Phänomene eine Rolle. Wiederkehrende Figuren der Serie sind unter anderem Thorgals Frau Aaricia, die Tochter eines Wikingerkönigs; die Abenteurerin Kriss de Valnor, eine Gegenspielerin Thorgals und die Wächterin der Schlüssel, die ihm gelegentlich den rechten Weg weist. (Wikipedia) ;-) ---------- I want to start to 2015 with three images. The fantasy comic series "Thorgal" inspired me to make them. The main character Thorgal grows up in the seventh century - after being found in a space capsule - as an orphan in a Viking tribe. He is forced to deal with power-hungry rulers, bigoted gods, mythical creatures, natural disasters and fanatics to defend his existence. Often supernatural phenomena plays a role. Important characters of the series are Thorgal's wife Aaricia, the daughter of a Viking king; the adventurer Kriss de Valnor, an opponent of Thorgal and the Guardian of the Keys that occasionally assigns him the right way.
