uh, ok - i may'nt have adjusted to this new website design yet, but i'm discovering some perks along the way...
i'm suddenly finding images that i've no idea how i missed the first time, and i think i'm a lucky girl to have found this.
such an incredibly well-thought out image, no little detail left unturned, or missed. the DoF only adds to the focal point without feeling forced; the colours are so nicely balanced [nice touches added with those potions to keep it from being bogged down by the main palette]; and then your personalised touches, with my favourite bit being the illusion of smoldering off her left side [my eyes just seem to want to return there]
extremely worthy of being printed & published, so i get why your work was chosen
and finally, beyond all the technical stuff, the sense of mystery here holds me fast, makes me want to know more about her and her world...
