Yeah, the lights and the PoV are great but, as was said and similar to the sunset image you posted, the compression is too high as well is the resolution. Try shrinking the image down to no more than 700 pixels long and about 1000 pixels wide. Probably achieve the best results on most people's monitors that way. Because seriously, this is an awesome picture, but I am forced to blur my eyes just to not notice blocks everywhere, really ruins the effect. I like the flag up there on the bridge, btw. Once again, excellent angle and PoV.
