She said, "The weatherman said that, considering the wind chill factor, today it feels like it's minus 35 degrees F here in the Midwest USA. However, I felt the urge to go outside and 'show off' my new winter outfit! But no one is outside to see it. They are all staying inside where it's 'toasty warm'!"
