Nice modeling job! Now you've got to do the other side -- have Bush saying that the stockpiling of weapons of mass destruction is ground for invasion while he increases the budget to his own stockpiles.

It never fails. Any time someone puts up something about the current world situation... someone has to come along and vilify the U.S. In case you haven't noticed the U.S. has had weapons of mass destruction since 1945. How many times have we used them . Twice... to end WW2. That's it. No usage for 57 years. We have the power but we do not use it. Don't you think it would have been a hell of a lot easier for us to simply Nuke Afghanistan to get the Al Queda. We have morals. Saddam has already used VX and Sarin nerve gases on the Kurds (his own people)killing 20,000 and on Iran. By the way he did not get biological and chemical weapons from the U.S. Only conventional weapons during their war with Iran. His chemical weapons program was developed largely by German and other scientists. The same people who now seek to portray the U.S. as the bad guys. Who has saved the world twice from total dictatorship. The U.S. We entered WW1 as it was starting to go badly and ended it in less than a year. If the U.S. had not entered WW2 every last mothers son of you would be speaking german now. What thanks do we get. None. No porblem. We can stand on our own 2 feet. We don't need the U.N. or anyone elses help. That is what you're all jealous about. We are the greatest and subsequently, most powerful nation in the history of mankind. Deal with it!!!

You go, sickpuppy! I think that anytime your dealing with an international forum, there are those who don't like Americans and American policies. I personally ignore it because I know that we live in the greatest nation on Earth. Since we've mentioned the bad people, I should also mention the fact that I have met MANY, MANY Europeans here who are very friendly and have become good friends with several. We shouldn't let the opinions of a few taint our perceptions of the non-American community. OK, now that I have ranted, nice work poli, your character modeling skill are second to none here, in my opinion. Keep up the great work!

The other consideration that needs to be remembered is that we (the USA) helped create Saddam Hussein in the first place. We put him in power to fight a proxy war with Iran, whom we hated beause of the whole hostage thing. Also keep in mind that the father of the current head of the Bush regime(Dubba Ya) was the director of the CIA during the Ford administration and supplied training and weapons to Osama Bin Laden to fight our proxy war with the USSR in Afganistan in the 1980's. Funny how the Bush's keep popping up just in time to save America from threats that they created in the first place. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

Check your history again MDT. Much of what you outlined, especially the 'proxy war' is conspiracy theory. Has some fact, but not enough to support the wonderful shadow war everyone wants to believe in. Yes we did fund the Afghan rebels in 1988, our CIA operatives trained them, and gave them weapons and showed them how to make bombs. we did not, however, 'make' Bin Laden. We did not make Bin Laden subscribe to fanatical version of Islam. We did not 'put Saddam in power'. With no help from us, but a lot of help from the USSR, Iraq waged War on Iran and the Iatola(SP). Remember, the truth is sometimes not as spectacular as we would like it to be.

Hmm, me thinks sickpuppy smells a bit too much of the Romans...we won't mention that the US did not seem too concerned about WWII while Paris was overrun by the Nazis, and London being firebombed, not to mention all the lobbying Jewish-Americans did to Roosevelt begging him to intervene. It was not until Japan attacked Pearl Harbor that America did anything, and we won't get into the fact that Roosevelt knew of the attack (much like the Bush Administration knew about 9/11) and allowed it to happen. Also, with sickpuppy, dandavis, and apparently Tommy3d, let's please try to be evolved enough to remember that we are not talking about a football game here, where it is so cool to yell "we're number one!" This is reality, and it would be a much happier world if people with your mentality would evolve enough to realize that all of these squabbles between world leaders really have little if nothing to do with the average citizen like you or I. These leaders are rich beyond your imagination, and come from lines of rich families that have controlled the majority of capital in the world for hundreds of years. If you truly think that George W. Bush actually is concerned about your safety and not his invested capital, then you are very naive. If George W. Bush actually cared about the citizens of this country, greater measures would have been taken to prevent 9/11, greater measures would be taken to revive the economy of this country, and corporations with which he has strong ties would not be claiming bankruptcy and screwing thousands of American workers out of their hard earned pensions. So please, do yourself a favor and wake up. And to Bladewolf, I'd love for you to see the video of Vice President Cheney with Osama Bin Laden in a CIA training camp in Afghanistan during the days of the Cold War. And for the record, America did support Saddam in his war with Iran because America wanted the Iatola overthrown not because of the hostages but because his regime overthrew the Shaw whom America had placed in power after having overthrown their legitimate leader. BTW, great modelling, polimorfer. And lastly, one more for the record, I think that Saddam Hussein, George W. Bush, Tony Blair, Jaques Chirac, and every other world leader you can name is a liar, thief, and most likely a murderer. It takes more power and capital than you can imagine to be in their positions, and they certainly didn't get their wealth selling girlscout cookies.

stevey32 i agree completely with you but you forgot to say some things: please all you guys out there who think politics is all black or white. don't think that any longer bc within this standpoint you allow your enemies to do the same. did you guys ever thought about how people like g.w. bush come to their point of view? the only thing they care about is to been voted again the next election. that's what they care about. like the flag in the wind presidents just go where the wind is going. anyway it's a proofen fact, that wars are good for involved politicians bc then they can talk about the bad, bad enemies and not about their problems with people without work or other inner problems. to all u.s. people out there: i really hope you enjoy the u.s. medias with a certain carefulness. we are all manipulated by medias, bc that's where we have all our informations from. i believe in the free press, but i know that press isn't so free as it could be: at least they write what we want to read, not more and not less. and who want's to hear about u.s. crimes in the past after the 9/11? one last point: it's not the first time that u.s. politicians think they know whats good and bad for the whole world: let's bring up the kyoto paper: u.s. government did not sign this extremly important agreement. CO2 is not just laughgas..it destroys. and this all over the world. oooh just one more thing about the numbers of death people sickpuppy brought in: in 1984 there was an gas accident in bhopal (india)....poisoned gas went out of an amercan factory (Union Carbide today DOW Cemicals): 20'000 deaths till today...number is rising. even today people there can not drink water from this region bc it's deadly. does mr. bush want to nuke DOW Cemicals now?? if i made you angry, i feel sorry about, U.S.A. is not bad, but they use their forces for economical interrests (oil) and blend people like sickpuppy and followers with moral arguing. i think before i speak, and i feel before i act. that's what they should do. (to be honest: i don't think the EU would act otherwise, if it would be in the same position, but one thing is clear: without the USA we would not have that much trouble in palestine. you got to know some important jews to become president, that's an open secret, and guess what they think about palestine? p.s.: i like the pic p.s.2: where is the land of the free, if it's not allowed to question US. Polity, Policys and Politics?

Hehe... Funny picture! :D Just for those who think the US never used weapons of mass destruction after WWII: It is wrong. The chemical agents used in the vietnam war were part of what is called NBC-weapons. It is the C-part and those ARE weapons of mass destruction. Thousands died in Vietnam from the effects of agent orange. Anyway, I feel for the american people and I understand the pain and suffering 9/11 has caused for them. The only thing I expect them to understand is that a few thousand americans killed on 9/11 do NEVER justify thousands of people killed by bombs made in USA in Iraq and Afghanistan. Revenge is wrong and killing is wrong. In the bible there is no doubt of that. An eye for an eye was the old testament and not the new. If George Bush argues with the bible as a reference and pretends to be christian, he will sure go to hell ans he will take hundreds of thousands of american soldiers and politicians with him. Dont let your mind get poisoned by the vipers that call themselves your leaders and that give a damn about you and your wellfare. Never trust a politician, because the honest politician is an endangered species nobody cares to protect.
