Wow! Having lived in a similar Jacksonville house covered with what was called "barnwood" -- untreated fir, I believe, that has weathered many a cold winter, wet spring, hot summer and frosty fall to look so warm & mellow with so many subtle colors -- I really appreciate this photo. The trimmed yet gnarled vine adds another artistic touch to the old building.
