Gorgeous postwork. This is wonderful! So engaging. I like the real/not real feeling the image has. You're a master with that program!

I adore everything about this. You have the touch!

You simply amaze me Nikolay, every time you add your personal stamp and enhancement on a photograph - to make it your very own! It appears to the viewer, as if it is an uphill scene, a bit like San Francisco - I imagine ? and having never been there! - but the DOF is just right ... and I do like the business of this City, with all (what we window-dressers/decorators call) it's: 'Shabby Chic', A visual feast, with just a hint of colour ! Masterful! Your linear work is really at the nitty gritty, all the facades are striated with these mini lines and cross hatches; you've made it like we're viewing this through a highly complex sheet of etched glass, a metaphor for our own inner eyes. The way you bring out hues, and yet also so much dark, is marvelous. The people at bottom---one of the highlights of the image---are in such deep shadow, they become a mass as well as individuals, and that makes them feel timeless, like these people could be from any age (were it not for the modern umbrellas). The transparent umbrella is perfect against all that dark. And the composition is terrific, with the crowded facades, the drooping street, that little bit of space between the two sides of the street, the pileup of signs and other periphernalia that adorn street facades, the row of buildings behind the people, the street lamp and line that crosses the street way up high, and an overall feeling that it's all being seen through an atomizing eye which sees molecules as well as people, objects, etc. A very intense and introspective take on a city street, capturing the mystery and atomic pulse of its inner life. Terrific. Just terrific.

Amazing street phoography....candid picture!! I love the old houses. Perfect captured... in height and wide. Wonderul postwork! P.S. Brewgirlca takes a picture for me in Istanbul. It looks as if you both of you went in the same street. http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=2380445&user_id=550566&page=7&member&np
