Description
Captured way back on 5/6/06, on an overcast morning somewhere around the neighborhood.
I really admire the precise surgical trimming on these bushes.
Have a nice day.

These are great. I admire the amazing precision as well. The neighbors will never have to complain about overhanging bushes! Great shot.

You did a nice job on this one also, Harry.

Excellent high-key mood in this capture of the topiaried bushes, Harry; they almost look like they're up against an invisible wall, with those precisely flattened edges.

Very neat and certainly something different in the neighbourhood! Good spot Harry! Rob

you live around so much topiary, and I NEVER see any in Chicago. This one is like a big collection of "basic shapes," like the blocks they give to children to teach them about squares, cubes, etc. Or like huge marshmallow snacks on a stick, lol. Actually, the way you've captured them, you've turned them into a processional, with the front dude leading the pack, and the others lumbering behind. A lot of fun, and you're heightening of the white (of the house) helps bring the bushes out fully. Looks like a bunch of kids marching to school. You got their personalities as well as their shapes. A delightful wild shot.
