Neat, I like the engine-exhausts and the faint mysterious shapes on the horizon add a great sense of mystery to this. Very cool!

and the next ship won't appear until 8 standard months from now. In the meantime, there is work to be done with the surveying and mapping and simply surviving until relieved to go to the next planet that needs exploring. It's a tough and lonely job, but John likes the solitude. Great scene with all the effects

Personally, I would not put on a pressure suit just to wave goodbye, but then again I was never a fan of the possibility of explosive decompression. Seriously though, great stuff as always!
