the clouds ROCK! and the water, but the surface map aint too good, and please please please make the sea actually stretch into the distance (sorry it drives me insane when my pics havea squarish bit in them)

Love the pic, very pretty :D I agree with the sea thing, it looks like the old theory of the earth being flat :P

Not bad. If I could make a few suggestions: more surface layers with different colors and bumpiness will make the plain grey rock look better. To fix the "flat edge" problem, try using a larger terrain map. Or you could back your camera up. (You can actually take a picture from off of the map by manually typing in the x and y coordinates) Or, you could extend the horizon in a paint program using a clone brush. If you're stuck in shareware mode using 257x257, try making your renders from a lower altitude or increase the haze to hide the horizon.

actually, I think the edge is from it messing up the render and not finishing completely (my brother was messing around, and when I was touching up the edges I didnt see it angle off)
