What's the story behind her? Who is she? Why does she look the way she does? Why does she dress the way she does? Why does she hold that particular weapon, and not another? Without any of the above information, it's way too difficult to give any sort of appreciation or judgement as per the render. All I can see is a weird looking woman (maybe!), dressed in a weird looking kit, and holding a weird looking devise, standing in a weird looking environment! All that aside, technically the render looks good!

I like this render because it lets me use my imagination. I don't know where this perimeter is, but I enjoy looking at the render for clues. There's mystery here. It reminds me a bit of some of the old covers for Heavy Metal back in the day.
