Description
Sea Patrol man: "How long do you lot think you'll take?"
Workman: "Was a farm just here, back in the 1950's; council knocked it down as derelict and unsafe; that scuba centre that was here, bought the site cheap and didn't backfill its big silage pit properly, subsided down the years, then your contractors laid services over top of all that mess.".
