Description

This is an oil painting study I did a few years ago of one of my favorite artists, Maynard Dixon. I thought perhaps it was an appropriate post to honor the birthday of one of my favorite artists here, Cyve. I am a bit late because I just saw it today, but I hope you had a wonderful day and that you have many more years of love, joy and creativity ahead.

You are the talented one. I have not much practice yet at painting my own design. I have done a few studys of other artists such as this one, but you a definitely much more skilled at freely creating your own style. :)
