Description
The media excerpts help me fill in the backstory to Davros' trial. The idea that Davros has been in custody for 10 years whilst the Earth people figure out what to do with him reflects my impressions of actual war criminal proceedings. I am sure some of you will recognise possibly the trials I am alluding to. The trial of the Libyan agent responsible for the Lockerbie Bombing I seem to remember had a fairly convuluted history involving multiple jurisdictions-if memory serves correctly. And even with a clear link to his creations it may take the Earth authorities a long time to consider what you charge him with.
The Dystopian Tribunal Centre from DAZ3D forms the mainstay of the court room scenes and we will obviously be visiting there more and more in the coming months.

The story continues to hold one's interest. Good work.

Refined turn. Now the villain is on trial. Then I'm curious ... Great done!

Ah yes. And the victims are of another nationality and their legal traditions might need to be considered. And let's not forget that whoever is holding Davros would also see him as an asset even more than a criminal. Our Kaled is better than their Kaleds if you get my meaning.
