Ha, cool scene, looks like a H-D Sporty, They have good Torque but not sure about dragging an ATM around, that's sure to slow ya down. Good thing that Cop Cruiser looks like a stock Bel Air they're slow as molasses unless ya tweak the Mill( did ya know 57 was also the first year of Production for the H=D Sportster).
