Description
Well it's pretty quiet at The Plant today, Tailspin is on a trans-atlantic flight delivering our latest output to Steelrazer. He's taken DVK as flight engineer and Gloria has gone to do some shopping...
I stayed home and went for a walk on the prom, the Liverpool waterfront fascinates me, it never stops changing. Just behind the green ship you'll see a little forest of tower cranes....they're building the new Royal Liverpool Hospital. To the left of them the top 2 floors of the old hospital are visible over the rooftops, while I was in The Royal, the ward looked down on this construction site and I watched progress during my 2 week stay. I have an appointment on Feb 9th, I plan to take my camera up to the 11th floor and get some shots looking back towards the Wirral.
Well, I'll be back in The Plant tomorrow, we've got some interesting Japanese X-Planes on the go.....stay tuned for updates..

Beautiful shot. Do you ever go fishing here?

Afraid fishing is not for me.....I'd get bored after 5 minutes, however a lot of people do fish along the prom.....

Fantastic photo! It has a stunning amount of detail especially after having to squish it to fit these regulations.

My, another beautiful panorama of Liverpool. Great job, Neil. Am looking forward to the photos taken during your visit on 9th. I wonder - what is the long, brown brick building to the left of the cranes? There are several smaller brown brick buildings in front of it. What are these? They certainly don't look like dock side storage buildings. Barracks maybe? Also, what is the modernistic building to the left of the brown brick buildings? Is it a ferry terminal for cars and lorries? Keep up the good work. This is really nice! :-)
