I really like this verse. You have a brilliant touch with selecting words. And just a thought, something someone told me a long time ago. I was writing a story by putting the words on the image, like this image, but that I was excluding the non-english speaking folks because unless the story is also in the text box, they can't cut and paste it into google translator and read the story.

Good point about text translation. I had that thought as well but a lot of these were made some time ago. I don't actually have the text saved anymore where I can just copy and paste it, so I just went with it rather than type them out again. (The lazy side of my brain is very good at winning such internal debates - "Why bother, poems won't sound right translated anyway. You already wrote them once. You'll get carpal tunnel in your hands again if you keep typing. Screw it. Go out for a slice and an iced coffee instead." Then the part of me that wanted to do something says, "Pizza you say? Tasty frosty coffee beverages you say? I'm in!" And off we go ;) There are several I've been holding off on sharing because the picture I put them with wasn't taken by me so I either have to make new ones or find suitable public domain images for them but I'll have to rewrite them anyway so I'll post text with those when I do them :)
