Vue8Frontier/DazStudio/Wings3D/Photoshop "Sir,shouldn't we be getting back to the loading dock, we are 15 minutes behind schedule already...sir? "Relax,they will be fine without us for a few more minutes! Sometimes you need to take a break and stop and smell the roses my metallic friend!" "Stop and smell the roses? I don't understand what you mean....what are roses? There is nothing here to smell but the ever-present stench of decaying aquatic life and the excrement from those living...that,plus the constant effluent from the docks and the exhaust from the freightships. Why on earth would you want to stop here and smell that? Sir,sir...sir?" This was my first of two entries into the Facebook Scifi Group Winter Contest, and while I didn't place in top three I at least found an excuse to import my scifi walkway into Vue. The requirement of the contest was to use figures or content from Daz or Poser. Daz products used... M11Flea by Antfarm Daz Droid MU14 Maintenance Worker by Predatron Sky Mantas and Tiger Shark by Digital 1 The scifi walkway is my own model composed of seperate elements created in Wings3D that can be combined to create a walkway of any length...all textures are modified Vue materials. Atmo is the preset "Stuffy" from the Bad Weather presets, water plane is a modified preset. Rendered with Global Radiosity. Only postwork was signature and some cloning out of a few annoying artifacts...all in Photoshop.Thanks for taking the time to view and for any comments!
