Description

Yes i know 2 days with images from me,,,not normal huh. I have managed to complete (finally) a group of models for my illustrated book. This is the final version of my Tarantula Ariadne which like all my mecha insects are constructed in Bryce 4 by myself using primitves and boleans. She was i admit a real nightmare as i have increased the primitives used to create hair on the legs and abdomen, i wont say how many,,,as i lost count, She is fully rigged and saved complete as a .br4 file (this took 40 minutes to complete)..nerve wracking,,,LOL Only post work was Universe for flares and name in Adobe. Absolutely incredible, Steve. Only little critique I might have is the BG. Don't get me wrong it works well, but it is a little busy and competes with the hair on the tarantula. Making matters worse, it further scrambles the cast shadow. Maybe a tighter more monotone texture might make Ariadne stand out on his/her own. I still love it!!!!!!

Yep, she's a really great design, love the concept, but the amount of work that must have gone into that model must have added (at least) a few grey hairs to your head! Wow.
