Well, I know Cynthia isn't smiling on this one.
But we agreed that a smile wasn't the best expression/option for the pose/mood/outfit.
Cynthia wanted to be more "Femme Fatale"
And even if we can see too much of her great legs they still make a great impression on the picture.

A most excellent picture. Hmmmm...there is never "to much" leg(s). Case in point, an ankle-hi boot would have given the same "Femme Fatale", feeling but with way more leg, making her more "Fatale".
