LOL.... hope everyone's having an awesome Valentine's Day! No, this piece actually wasn't sparked by the day ;) I finished it a couple weeks back... it just took that long for me to be comfortable enough to post it. It's inspired by one of my fave songs from my fave singer - Dalbello's 'Wait For an Answer.' I think the song, and I hope the piece, reflects what I feel is an interesting juxtaposition - when you've encountered a person that you feel you want & so need in your life, and when that feeling isn't mutual, how all your pretendings, your posturings of strength just crumble... and you know you only need. You want the person to notice you, to see what you've become, but at the same time, you're afraid that they'll be revolted by what they see... I'd like to think we've all been there. 'Someone told me to call, so I did and No one answered....' As always, thank you so much for the views, and any comments you wish to leave behind.
