Description

A little paradise, serene and dreamy... After seeing the amazing environments user mtdana creates for his scenes with Octane's scattering capability, I wanted to try it as well! The Poser plugin supports the scatter node, but doesn't really offer a lot of control for generating the distribution so I hadn't found much use for it before. But from reading mtdana's image descriptions I learned of a little utility called Phantom Scatter that does an awesome job of doing just that. So this scene is a bit of a test with it, not too realistic because my actual terrain is just a flat plane xD. Good job with the replication, I guess that is one area where Carrara scores as it has built-in replication, which translates just fine to Octane. Great sunlit feel in this too!
