Description

Hope you like the view. I wish the surface map could be better. I really suck at surface mapping. does anyone know where i can download really good surface maps, and not the so-so ones i have... i really need a good set of photo realistic texture maps equal to the quality of artists such as cyphixx and prutzworks (if thats possible lol) thanks.

This looks superb. The sky is seamless and quite breathtaking. The surface could be improved as you said, but I wouldn't say it sucks. Good work.

Nice....very very nice. If ya want some advice on surface mapping....under your snow layer, put lots of cildren layers and make them different colors (of white), different bumpiness, just different. Then you can start getting realistic looking stuff.

I like the view. The overall impression is very fine regardless of the surface !

The "snow" really does look off, but gerry is right - there are no features in the foreground to draw your attention. The plain gray rock on the other hand... :)
