Hi, I am Barbara and live in Lincolnshire. I love nothing better than walking with my 3 dogs, (Large Munsterlanders) and taking the camera along. Iam afraid my photographic skills are not very good, I just point and click & hope for the best. Sometimes I do take some nice shots!!
I have lived with this breed since 1986, before that I had border collies. I was told when getting my first Munster, Jenna, I would become addicted and I sure was, owning 7 of this breed over the years.
Although Munsters are a working gundog, afraid I couldn't shoot anything, so we do other things like, showing, obedience and heelwork to music.
The girls are all different & I hope to show that in their pictures.
I would like to thank my good friend Janeeden for persuading me to get started.
Video's & songs for the girls can be seen on www.jendellas.com

Omgosh, wth!! That is so not how to pick up a dog! What do those people think they are doing? I don't pick Sam or Katie up unless it's an emergency, they don't like their feet to be off the ground. And the way those people are picking them up has got to hurt. My Vet doesn't even allow picking up larger dogs like mine, he folds the exam table away and kneels on the ground where they are comfortable with the exam. Katie gets a little nervous with the Vet, but Sam has become so comfortable that it's adorable... as soon as we get to the Vet's office, he runs over on his own and gets up on the scale by himself to be weighed. Idk, some people just shouldn't be allowed to have dogs. But I'm sure that people that would treat their dogs like that have all kinds of excuses why it's okay. They just don't see them as the thinking, feeling, beings they are.

Truly appalling!

I can't believe that any animal lover could do this to their dogs. You're right, their dogs mean nothing to them but $ or £. If I were there showing a dog, I'd probably get disqualified and banned because I could not see that and say nothing. I'd really lay into them :( I always say that if someone mistreats an animal in any way, that they should have the same done to them. Now I WOULD LOVE to see those photos!!

That is terrible, it is animal cruelty in the name of the owners greed and desire for success, I know many who do show their dogs and at home they are their loving pets and can behave as they should.. as members of the family. It's very sad to see this but important we do in order to confirm that it sadly takes place.

Looks so disrespectful and mean to hold a dog in that position. Totally disgusting to say the least just how uncomfortable that pet looks for the sake of the Almighty Dollar. Am a 100% in your corner Barbara ! xx oo

While dogs are not my favorite pet, I would never allow or do this to any dog or other animal. Very cruel and insensitive. Disgusting really
