Description

The police on motorbikes went before the lake Charles parade and i noted the lady with the hat as she bent over her young child to talk to the child and i saw the top of her hat. i liked it so I took a photo of it fast as all was moving fast.

yes the police you see here is westlake but the parade was in lake charles. the two cities is just divided by a river

Are they still doing Mardi Gras in Louisiana? Hadn't heard much of it over the years so I thought it was now passé. Cool shot of the lady's cap as she bends over, Jock. It looks cold out there.
