Description
The Eagle below had been on this tree for 15 or 20 minutes when the other one flew in. The one on top only stayed about a minute before flying away.
The lower Baldie is changing over to adult plumage and is probably about 5 years old. The other one is about three years old. Their feathers are longer at that age making it appear to be a larger bird than the more mature baldie.
Taken at Cherry Creek State Park in Aurora, Colorado.
