after 7 years i'm finally getting around in adding some info on this page. never really thought about doing it. i have been a member here since July 15th 2006, and have learned alot from fellow artists. i would have about 1300 images or so posted but have deleated many of my first pieces. and still consider myself a developing artist at this wonderful site. i'm 56 years old this year "2013" and was born in North Dakota. i have lived in Colorado since 1967 and enjoy this place alot. my stepfather was in the air force and we lived in Bermuda after North Dakota for a few years before coming here where he got stationed.. and so much enjoy many of the finest artist in the world who post here.. love you all and your amazing friendships we share.. lol Steve
i enjoy working with poser, i have such a dinosaur version i use, (p6) wish i had poser 2012 at least. i also use photoshop 7 for most of my work i post here. but more so photography is my main passion, just hope to get a camera again someday.
Â
p.s. not sure how high of a res pic i'm using for this page. take care and thanks a million you all.

looks great man.keep on going.i bet you can do way more superb on a 64-bit system, but nevertheless, weith the "small"equipment you have you squeeze the most pout of it.lots of artists with better equipment do lesser work than you with the old equipment, keep that in mind.

You're doing great already with the equipment that you have Steve! It'll be easier to work with a more powerful system, but most importantly, you got the talent either way. Beautiful composition and dedication.

I agree with renecyberdoc completely, you can have the Latest and Greatest in Computing Power and no Talent and all you end up with is really Hi Quality CRAP, there a lot of people like yourself who get the most out of what they have for a computer because they don't have a choice. At least you don't have to worry about Talent you have that in spades, just hang in there a Good Computer is in your future I'm sure, we tend to get what we want one way or the other. It's only been the last couple of years I was lucky enough to finally get a really good powerful system together, til then it was very frustrating not getting the results I wanted due to an old under powered Puter that just didn't cut it but I learned a lot of useful tricks in Postprocessing to compensate for that Lack of computing Power. . I never thought I would get a really good one either but I did and I still want more, I want more, now I want a Gaming Machine...16 cores, overclocked to 5 Ghz, 32Gig of Ram, Liquid Cooled, imagine what Rendering would be like with something like that..... it'll happen.....some day Peace
