Description
One of my favorite places I have ever been lucky enough to visit. I spent hours and hours running, walking, photographing, and just soaking up the sun here.
This photo I played with in The Gimp, and gave it one of my favorite tweaks. I have a couple more photos of the pier, different angles and light, that I will share. I think they may be even prettier than this one ;)

Beautiful color & composition. Personally, I don't really like the grainy texture in the sky & would have preferred a natural sky (this looks like it would have been a beautiful sky without any alterations), but I guess that's a subjective thing...
