Description
Problem in macro and / or Close-Up is usually the focus.
The only thing you can do is make multiple (7) images with the sharpness each time just for something different. The stacking technique gets you a sharp image for the whole picture.
On my page you van see one of the pictures i used.

An interesting technique & effect (which I have never attempted myself), though I actually prefer the DOF effect in the single image - it seems more realistic...

Normally I use this technique when I use the MP-E 65mm Lens for macro. Because the lens starts with a size from 1: 1 to 5: 1, the depth of field is very small. To give a subject sufficient depth you can not fail to use this technique. By the way 1: 1 means that a subject of 34 mm wide fills the entire sensor / screen. Strictly speaking, there starts Macro and all the rest Close up.
