Redone the scene again with a autumn version autumn beech trees a new purchase yesterday and the first non TPF trees Ive bought in a while . the image looks really great, including the shadows under the trees at the right. It's just the long grass in the water that is not giving me the autumn feel. The bright lightgreen color gives me a fresh sprout spring feel - in contrast with the rest. Perhaps darker teints and some brown shades for this long grass should be preferred. And a duck (mallard) would be nice :-) Well, that's my 2ct then.

Actually, the grass is correct. It maintains it color far longer than other vegetation. Let's not rush the seasons. I'm still waiting for this seemingly never ending winter to leave!
