Description
By coincidence, Chinese New Year and the Rio Carnival are held in the same month. So what would happen if the two got mixed up? Moral of the story: don't always trust a tablet's map system.

I happen to enjoy the intermingling of cultures - hands across the boarder if you will. Very nice render and when I watch the Chinese New Years Parade in San Francisco (A few miles up the road) I will think of this image. Thanks.
