He said, "I designed this air-tight hood and goggles to defeat the 'wind chill' temperature effect! However, I may have made it too air-tight since I'm having trouble breathing! I'm now getting dizzy and I feel like I'm going to - - f - - a - - I - - n - - t - - - -!"
