Arrrrrrrrrrr, Matey! And a mighty fine looking pirate lass she is! Outstanding work, Angel! I saw a show a couple years ago (I think it was Mythbusters) that theorized the reason pirates wore eye patches.. It wasn't because they'd lost the eye, it was to keep the iris open in that eye to help see when they went below deck - which was lit only by oil lamps or candles. A very dark environment after being on deck in the sunlight. I doubt that many pirates looked this good, in any case!
