My thoughts and prayers are with my friend Lars as he is very poorly, and if you are looking Lars I thought you would like this picture because I know how much you love dogs.
Lars is here on Renderosity under the name LBJ2. I know a lot of you know him and understand what he has been through over the past year regarding his health. Sadly the cancer is back and he could do with lots of prayers and thought right now, and I know my kind friends here are always there to offer their support, as I know you have often done for me over the years and for many others too. Thank you everyone for all the support you gave me over my recent losses.
This beautiful dog belongs to my friend, he is an Irish Setter. I painted this using Intuos3 tablet and pen in CS4. My friend gave me permission to include the dog as a png in my JaneEden'sDogs2 which is available in my YURdigital store http://www.yurdigital.com/catalog/7827-janeedensdogs2. I do hope you like my picture, I really enjoyed creating it.

I'm sorry I'm late on this, Jane, I was offline for a number of days. But I saw it when it went up, and it's beautiful. The dog shimmers, in almost-golden hues. And you've placed him in the middle of a deep healing forest, with light beaming in from above. It's very restful and pastoral; and I know how much Lars loves nature, esp this time of year (spring). Your modulated lighting, and the beautiful whispers of trees in the background, are all beautiful. As is the gentle angle of the piece, opening up to us, as it moves to our left. Very loving and peaceful. And A wonderful wish for Lars, for whom I join everyone else to send my deepest wishes, for healing and endurance, in his fight against cancer. I know you've been through many health issues yourself, and you've emerged many times from difficult places. I send my wishes to you as well, Jane, for peace and healing. Beautiful dedi, beautifully done: May its spirit fill Lars' present struggle, and bring him healing. You're both beacons here, and I'm grateful for you both.
