Again from my garden. You can see that the one on the right is going past its sell-by date, it's losing its pistils while the other is going great guns !!!! This flower is also known as a Christmas Rose.

Well, you know what Shakespeare wrote in Cymbeline; "Golden Helebores all must, As chimney-sweepers, come to dust." And you just know that young one is lording it over its elder neighbor but never fear, its turn will come. I am liking this series.
