Description
Migrating my Iray work from "testing" to "trying to do the stuff I would do normally and see how it goes." It goes pretty freaking well.
I wanted to take another pass at the cyborg soldier motif I've been working on. Someone who's strength comes through in a way that says "I'm headed for danger. Don't slow me down!" I'm really happy with the energy effect on her back, and I'm thanking Iray's emitter controls for that. While the LED in her neck isn't really visible, it's what's giving the glow to that side of her face and I'm pretty happy with it.
Rendered in 2ish hours on a GTX 970.
Daz Studio 4.8 [BETA] -> Iray -> Photoshop
Note: I think my last 4-6 renders have all been done using Godin's VH Mave mats (morphs I do by hand.) It's quickly becoming my go-to texture... some of the best money I ever spent... seriously, insanely versatile!
