I'm afraid this will never happen in the United States. After all, we are Guntown. We have a former diplomat named John Bolton who famously said, "The Secretariat Building in New York has 38 stories. If you lost ten stories today, it wouldn't make a bit of difference.", and "there is no United Nations... there is an international community that occasionally can be led by the only real power left in the world, and that´s the United States". George W. Bush appointed him ambassador to the U.N.

I like the symbolism, but sadly have to agree with wysiwig - we have a very sick & inverted form of morality in the U.S. in which the right to own weapons is valued above human lives...
