Messing around on set once the cameras have stopped rolling.
A follow-up to my previous portrait of MRL's Adriene character, this image came to my mind, I hope you like it. It includes the free Alien character by Swidhelm (available on ShareCG.com).

Excellent render! I think this scene, where they become friends, was left out of the original Alien movie. The producer preferred to include the scene where Ripley throws the alien monster into the deep space through an airlock! Nah, just kidding!

Little known fact: In the super-duper-top-secret director's cut, Ripley and the Alien put the massacre behind them, get together and head for Earth. As the years play out, they become complacent, then embittered. Ripley becomes a high profile lawyer, working her way up the political ladder. The Alien starts selling giger-crack and builds a formidable criminal empire. Since the rough cut was 40+ hours, certain decisions were made... Probably for the best. Fun image!
