Description

This is the last image if this project to be posted on Renderosity. Viewers interested in seeing all 11 images of the project are invited to visit my hobby website at http://www.dcmstarships.com. This design depicts a medium-sized interstellar survey vessel with basic faster-than-light travel technology. It is a somewhat retro-vision of an early starship that is meant to conjure up the feel of science fiction films like "2001:A Space Odyssey" and "Forbidden Planet." A set of detailed deck plans may be created for this design at a later date.
