It's always wonderful to see you vary your usual line-against-white, and move into "filled-in" spaces, as you do here. The gray of the woman is striking, against all your white. And the buildings make a beautiful backdrop, because of their stark black silhouettes. But it's more: You put the buildings down at her waistline (mostly), which makes them feel "miniature"---and this gives a great grandeur and stature to the woman. The woman, again, gazes to the right, while her body points to the left---a "counterpoint" which you do with great panache. Her hat is a graceful "top" to the image, too. And her feet are placed almost like a ballet-dancer's, with grace and varied expression. She seems to be holding a scarf, but it turns into a big visual flourish. And that flourish is balanced by the thick black of the buildings...A tall, sleek, graceful and beautiful image. I don't know anything about Tokyo's skyline, or its fashion; but the way you portray it here, it looks beautiful. More fine sweeping work from you, Yves.
