Right, so know one has commented on your logo. I'll be the first to throw out a few comments and observations. Take what you want. I like the design. I don't know how big you are making this, but it's one of those pics where it needs to be not too large or you will notice the fuzziness. I like how the paintball gun stands out a little from the men, that way you get what the logo is about. The bullet holes are a nice touch, but their style seems a little out of place. They seem too 3D rendered, if that makes sense. The men and the gun are gray scale and flat, but the bullet holes draw my eye away from the focal point a little too much. The text is good from far away, but when you see it close to the men and paintball gun it is strikingly crisp in comparison, and Mafia has the 3D shine to it as well. The red text is a good touch if that is where you want the viewers eye to go first, but I think having the paintball gun as the first thing the viewer notices would be a good thing too.
