Description

I never rendered animals, untill this time. I was always afraid of not getting the best look with furry surfaces and expressions because, well, I have to admit, I am not a person of pets. Had a Cat when I was a teen and then, never again. My cat was all black with white mittens and white belly. It was called Asdrubal and lived with me since I was 3 to my 17 birthday. So, this time I rendered Millenium Cat and this si what I got. Lyne's textures made all the magic. I did some balls and fibers just to make him play a bit as my little Asdru loved to do with my grandma's yarn balls. I did some postwork in the hairs inside his ears and around his face. Unless that, is a direct Poser render, nothing else was edited on him. Hope you like this image, as much as I enjoyed doing it. Thanks for coming to see and read. Fabi

Oh! I thought you just uploaded a photograph of your cat! This is so realistic! Don't know if it's an improving skill or the render-engines are getting better! :P.. no it's the skill I can see all those imperfections on the floor, they add the the realism.. the only reason it doesn't look like a photograph, is because you uploaded it in the poser category! I hope all is going great on your side! :)

You have no idea HOW special this is, Fabi...thank you SO MUCH!! Travis (with the gold eyes) was my MOST beloved little pet EVER in my life! He has "lived" in the poser world, since the Poser cat, then the Mil cat... then I got another tabby cat years later after I had lost Travis to old age and illness...and little Nickie was so similar, but with BIG GREEN eyes, and more white on his tummy.... so I added Nickie to my Mil Cat freebie textures... but Travis has "traveled" the longest in the Poser world....it makes me so very proud, happy and yes, a little bit melancholy too, as I will ALWAYS miss my Travey cat... BIG HUGS FABI...YOU KNOW I ADORE YOUR NEW RUG SET!!! and I am soo glad I got it BEFORE my on line credit card got hacked for the third time!?!? Eeek!
